General waxing guidance: about a quarter of an inch, roughly the length of a grain of rice, or two to three weeks of growth. Too short and the wax has nothing to grip; too long and it pulls more than it needs to.

If you're not sure, book anyway. I'd rather see you and talk it through than have you put it off.

Both remove the hair. They just behave differently. Sugar paste is water-soluble and applied at body temperature; wax grips a little firmer. Most of my intimate services can be booked either way at the same price, so pick whichever you prefer.

Most services take a deposit to hold the slot, and the amount is listed on every service in the menu, and it comes off your total on the day. A card on file is required to book.

Studio policy: A 50% cancellation will be charged to any clients who “no show”. If a client needs to reschedule within 24 hrs of their appointment, they have 1hr to respond with a new date & time. If not, cancellation fee will apply.

Yes. Wear a fresh tampon or a cup and we carry on as normal. Skin can be a little more sensitive around that week, which is worth knowing but isn't a reason to reschedule.
